**PLEASE NOTE**

If you are local and would like to pick up your order enter coupon code LOCALORDER -- shipping will not be charged and we can make arrangements for pickup.

Most Orders Ship with 2 days, unless otherwise noted on product page. In the summer months ORDERS WILL NOT BE SHIPPED ON THURSDAY - SATURDAY to ensure that our products not not sitting in a warehouse.

 

Shipping Information

  • All sales will be sent using United States Postal Service (USPS) Flat-Rate Shipping, unless otherwise specified.  

  • You will receive a tracking number with each shipment.

  • Sales of in-stock products will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after the order is received, unless notified differently.

  • Sales of custom-order products will be based worked as soon as possible; please contact me for custom order turnaround times.

  • Soap of the Month Club soaps will be sent first class.  

 

 
Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of homemade soap, I am unable to accept returns for these products.  However, your satisfaction is my main concern, therefore, if you are not pleased with your homemade goats milk soap, please Contact me and I will be happy to issue an exchange or refund.
